So I ordered some rolls of vinyl today.  I ordered White, Black, and Silver.  Although, like a dumb ass i ordered non-punched rolls.  So I am working with the guy to see if I can figure out which colors he has in punched rolls.  At any rate, I am going to start designing the stickers.  I am planning on making small windscreen or fairing ones with just the URL.  These I am planning on giving away for free, provided you send me an envelope and postage to mail them back to you in.  I will also be cutting windshield vinyls for cars as well.  I am thinking 3" letters with the quote "My Other Car is a CBR" and the URL directly below smaller, these will be quite larger so I more than likely will be selling them.  Not sure of a price yet.  Let me know what you guys think.

i like i like... what's the difference between punctured and nonpunctured roles?

also, the windshield for car sticker... you'll have to put measurements up for the sticker because windshields are different sizes... anyway, if it fits my tonka, i'll sport one of those too. suggestion on price, find out how many you can make with a roll, divide the cost of the roll by how many you can make, add some in for your time and postage and webhosting, and poof, there's a price.

ex: $30 a roll makes 60 stickers... $0.50 in vinyl... you make $15.00 an hour at your current job, so if 60 stickers takes 6 hours of time, 60 stickers cost $90, therefore 1 sticker costs $1.50... postage is $0.50 (bigger than envelope) so add that in... we're at
$.50 (vinyl)+ $1.50 (time)+ $.50 (postage)+ whatever for webhosting... $2.50 plus... i'd sell for $10.00

i don't know actual prices of any of this stuff, just making numbers up to get a point across... i hope you get it.

either way, i'm game for one. big and small...

I would imagine they wouldnt be more than $5-10.

there are 2 different types of vinyl cutters, one that has rollers to maneuver the sheets back and forth while cutting, non perforated, and one that works very similar to older dot matrix printers, there are holes on the sides of the sheet to maneuver it, perforated.

for those of you planning on putting the stickers on your windscreen, can you take some measurements that way i dont make them too big to fit on there.  i want one size, but for it to be universal.
