its all in time. i realize this is not the most active board at the moment, but everyday we grow bigger and bigger. eventually there will be enough heads around to get more posts going. i think once i switch us over to version 2 we will get alot more members joining and posting.

At the least...I'll bump this topic...
This is a great looking site...one of...if not the best, looking CBR forums out there.

I have to agree. This site is great! I was really looking for a site to get in on the "ground floor" so to speak. The older more established sites are o.k and they have a nice bank of accessible data but the atmosphere is different if that makes sense? The folks on CBR Extreme are very welcoming and it just has a really nice air about it. I haven't been here long but I enjoy it thoroughly. Also the moderators here participate as well and don't just sit on the sidelines making everyone feel as if they're more subject to a heirarchy than here to have a good time. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. I don't have great technical ability but i'd love to help out any way I can. Keep up the great work guys

this is great...i am really glad you all enjoy this place even though we are still comparatively small
just so you guys know there are more things to come in the next version. product reviews, downloads sections, tutorials, media section similar to a Youtube environment, and all of these sections will allow you guys to submit content, and a new look a forum. hopefully that will be very soon. i also hope to get the giveaways going again once we migrate.
thanks again all!

Agree with all the above comments.
The thing that irritates me about other sport bike sites are the ones full of immature riders, who post videos of how to break the law with videos and such.
(Doing over 100 mph...dodging through traffic, etc.)
Yeah they are entertaining at first glance, but in the long run ruins or at least curtails the sport riding for all of us with. Legislation, police crackdowns, etc.
I push my bike and my riding limits at times, but I always make sure it's in a secluded, lightly or depending on time of day, almost no trafficked stretch of road.
Pick your places and use your brain...you can still have the same fun, and more likely live to tell tell about it.
*****************************************
What I would like to see are closed track vids...how to vids and articles, customizing how to's and ideas, and good solid technical support.
Just my two cents.

Just my two cents. Very true. I love to hand a cager their "hiney" at a redlight occasionally if they're askin' for it. But you do have to think ahead, anticipate as many problems as you can and read traffic conditions first. Most of my hijinx are out where I live, in da stixx. Foolishness gives us all a bad name. The first things people ask when they find out what I ride are "you one of those guys that pop wheelies on the interstate?" "yeah I had a guy blow past me doin' prolly 130-40 mph the other day on a two lane" Maybe that's why my cop buddy that rides a Harley hates my bike....hmmm..nahhh he's just a jerk . All that said, I still love the "street races" threads. Post up! I guess thats somewhat hypocritical!!
