Its about that time of the year again guys. That time when I begin thinking of what I can do to improve the appearance of the site, make things easier for you guys, and all around just better the way the site functions. I'm going to be re-writing the way most of the things work on the site, except the forum, that will stay the same. I will redesign the front page and be re-doing all of the other modules such as model specs, media, downloads, etc. If any of you guys have any suggestions or feature requests before I dive head first into this, now is the time to speak out or forever hold your peace...well, at least until I get the re-design bug again.
FYI, its going to take me some time to redo all this stuff, so don't expect it next week either.

I thought about that before, but in my opinion they seem to be more cumbersome than anything, especially after watching the thing a few times. I am going to be redesigning the media section to make it much more interactive and useful, so possibly that is a place we can put riding clips.

How about a wishlist or a checklist for modifications?

Hrm...that might not be a bad idea. That would be a garage thing, but thankfully I am the garage's author. I will consider something of the sort for the final release of the garage. Which may come before or after the new version of the site.

Hrm, that sounds like a good idea Dizzy. Any specifics as to how you would suggest it work? IE, search via city, state?

Hello I would say city and state as options. It would help inspire city and state road trips, gatherings, support, fun and ect!! For friendly people whom don't have privacy issues.
We must learn from others because we won't live long enough to learn everything by ourselves!!!

Alright. I'll start planning the details as how I will do it, but there is one concern I have and that is providing too much information about where you guys are. Keep that in mind when I try to keep it pretty general. I'm thinking of just building it into the sites messaging system and more than likely only specific as city that way there is control over who knows where you are at and who doesn't.

i like the idea of beign about to find out peoples states and towns so people can meet up and ride together.im sure alot of people would like that. and also a place where people can post like local bike nights , maybe combine them into one thing. kinda like fourm's dedicated to peoples cities, see what u can think of
