Led turn signal prob

I have a 1990 cbr600. When i got the bike it didnt have any signals on it. i bought some led off ebay and can not get them to work? I have checked the wires with test light front and back left and right are all getting fire but when i hook my lights up nothing? But i can hook my test light to - side of batt and to signal wire and test light blinks (FAST). i found a diagram on here for a 89 cbr and went by that shows right colors still no blinky? My head light works (lowbeam) only, and my tail light and break light works. I have tested the led with my batt they come on so i know there good. ANY IDEAS?
